Is MyCharms an official webshop or a hobby project?
MyCharms is a small-scale hobby project by Caitlin. Everything is prepared in small batches with great care, without the setup of a large webshop.
Who is behind MyCharms?
MyCharms is run by Caitlin Rombouts. She makes the bracelets, follows up orders, and is also your direct contact for questions.
How can I get in touch?
You can always email caitlinrombouts@gmail.com or send a message on Instagram at @mycharms.be. For orders or questions that need more explanation, email is easiest.
Where is MyCharms based?
MyCharms works from Tervuren, Belgium. For questions about an order or delivery, contact us directly by email or Instagram.
How do I place an order?
First choose your bracelet and charms in the builder, add them to your basket, and then fill in your contact and shipping details on the checkout page. Your order is then received and followed up personally.
When is my order final?
Your order is only final once payment has been received. After your request, Caitlin will contact you to arrange payment and the next steps. If an order is not paid within a reasonable time, it may be cancelled.
How does payment work?
Payment is currently arranged manually after your order. You do not automatically receive a standard online payment page, but personal contact with payment instructions. This happens by bank transfer or electronic payment request.
Are prices in euros and what is included?
All prices on the site are clearly shown in euros. At checkout you also see the subtotal, any shipping costs, and the total before submitting your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are shown separately in your checkout overview before you confirm the order. The site is mainly intended for small orders. For larger orders, we will contact you first if shipping costs differ. No profit is made on shipping: it is charged at cost based on bpost rates.
Are the bracelets and charms handmade?
Yes. The bracelets are assembled and packed with care by Caitlin. Every piece stays personal, and the finish may vary slightly from item to item.
How do I choose the right bracelet size?
In the builder you can see the length and number of links for each bracelet size. If you are unsure between two sizes, send a message so we can help you choose faster.
How long does shipping take?
Because everything is small-scale and personal, allow around 5 to 10 working days. If something needs to be faster, you can always contact us in advance.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Often this is possible as long as the order has not been finished or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible and we will see what is still possible.
Can I return a product?
If something goes wrong or you have a problem with your order, contact us first. Returns or solutions are then reviewed together based on what is reasonable and practical for the piece.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your name and order details. We will look for a suitable solution together.
How do you handle my personal data?
Your details are only used to process your order, contact you, and follow up your delivery. They are not shared publicly and are not used for irrelevant marketing.
